Todas las reservaciones deberán ser solicitadas y tramitadas por medio de nuestra Oficina de Ventas y Reservaciones al Teléfono: (506) 8775-1765, correo Electrónico: info@adelunacostarica.com o en línea a través de la página web del hotel https://www.adelunacostarica.com/

Cancelaciones / Cancellations
Toda Cancelación deberá ser informada y tramitada por medio de nuestra Oficina de Reservaciones al Teléfono: (506) 8775-1765 o al correo electrónico info@adelunacostarica.com
Las cancelaciones se rigen bajo las siguientes políticas:
- Temporada Alta (16 Diciembre – 30 Abril): Sin cargo 60 días antes.
- Temporada Baja (1 Mayo – 15 Diciembre): Sin cargo 30 días antes.
“No Shows” y Cancelaciones menores a las indicadas anteriormente, serán penalizadas con el 100% del cargo.

Cancellations are governed by the following policies:
• High Season (December 16 – April 30): No charge 60 days before.
• Low Season (May 1 – December 15): No charge 30 days before.
“No Shows” and Cancellations less than those indicated above, will be penalized with 100% of the charge.
Pagos / Payments
Todo pago se hará por tarjeta de crédito o débito, Visa o Master Card, a través de las plataformas utilizadas.
Se realizará un cargo del 100% de la reservación a la tarjeta de crédito Visa o Mastercard, cuando sea realizada por medio de nuestra Oficina de Reservaciones, el Teléfono: (506) 8775-1765, el correo electrónico info@adelunacostarica.com o a través del sitio web https://www.adelunacostarica.com/ de forma segura con un certificado de seguridad SSL
*All payments will be made by credit or debit card, Visa or Master Card, through the BANCO NACIONAL platforms, all customer data is confidential and protected by BANCO NACIONAL.

Política de reembolso sobre alguna cancelación / Refund policy on any cancellation
En caso de que el usuario solicite un reembolso de lo cancelado, deberá solicitarlo a través del correo electrónico: info@adelunacostarica.com Una vez, hecha la solicitud de reembolso por parte del usuario, el lapso de devolución es de 15 días hábiles, y se le depositará en el mismo medio de pago de tarjeta de débito o crédito, con la cual se realizó el pago de la facturación.
